RETURNS: You may cancel the service at any time, with or without cause. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement, refund or account credit within 30 days of receipt. As KyteSketch.com launches new products, it will update the returns information as necessary.

Postcards handled and/or returned to sender shall not be considered valid unused and/or misprinted. In order for a customer to receive reimbursement for the unused and/or misprinted postcards, they must submit an electronic request via E-mail and must mail the original physical proof required to KyteSketch.com.

SHIPPING: At KyteSketch.com we aim to ship your orders in 1 business day! Immediately after you complete your purchase at KyteSketch.com, your order will be manufactured, packaged, and shipped to an inmate free of charge for residents of the United States or to You the customer.
